Responsibilities:
To liaise with sub-contractors, workers, operators on any site issues.
To monitor Contractor’s methodology against agreed Method Statements ad report non compliance.
To satisfy that setting out accurately reflects contract requirements.
To supervise on site tests and keep records.
To carry out on site inspection, identify defects and report to the Superior/Consultant.
To monitor and record the progress of operations.
To compile on site records of activities, conditions & resources.
To compile project diaries if required.
To be familiar with project contract documents & Health & Safety legislation.
To issue site directions to the contractor in pursuit of compliance with contract requirements.
To assist the Quantity Surveyor in recording of measurements.
To attend and contribute to site meetings if required.
To prepare schedule of outstanding work/ schedules of defects.
To ensure that the project is completed to client’s standards, specifications and schedule in a safe manner.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Form 5 or Certificate in Civil & Structural/ Building Engineering / M&E or accredited equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related discipline is required.
