Pusat Rawatan Mutiara mempelawa individu berkelayakan untuk mengisi kekosongan jawatan sebagai pembantu klinik sepenuh masa/tetap mengikut syarat-syarat yang telah ditetapkan.

SYARAT & KELAYAKAN

1. LELAKI

2. Lulus SPM @ STPM

3. Berumur 23 tahun & keatas

4. Wajib bekerja pada hari Sabtu dan Ahad

(cuti pada hari kerja iaitu diantara hari isnin – jumaat)

5. Berpengalaman dalam pengurusan klinik akan diutamakan.

6. Tiada pengalaman digalakan memohon & latihan akan diberikan

7. Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang minima.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE   :  Costing Officer (Japanese  Language Speaker)

 

DEPARTMENT/ SECTION  :   BP / ACC & FIN / MGMT ACC

 

 

1.    POSITION STRUCTURE

Reporting to the Management Accounting Senior Manager and Management Accounting Manager

 

 

2.    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Accounting Responsible for preparing analysis report in Japanese Language.

to Japan.

 

3.    MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

-Prepare budget analysis report, forecast analysis report in Japanese    

 Language version to Japan

-Prepare the month end closing analysis report in Japanese Language      

 version to Japan.

-Assists in translating the local management report into Japanese Language 

 to Japan.

-Attend physical stock count as verifier.

-Monthly reconciliation for company inventory.

-Involve in SAP system upgrade on USD currency report project.

-Helping enter costing JV in SAP system during the month end close.

-Carry weekly scrap sales to ensure proper disposal.

 

4.    AUTHORITY FOR DECISION MAKING

Authority will be given by superior from time to time.

 

 

5.    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED

• Able to speak and write Japanese Language
• Minimum Accounting Diploma and Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences.
• Must  be positive thinking, commitment and responsible.
• Good in Excel and Power Point skill.

Site Supervisor M&E - 1 Position

Site Supervisor Building - 1 Position

 (Klang, Selangor) 

Glenmarie Cove Development Sdn Bhd (a DRB-HICOM group of company)

 

Responsibilities:

 

To liaise with sub-contractors, workers, operators on any site issues.

To monitor Contractor’s methodology against agreed Method Statements ad report non compliance.

To satisfy that setting out accurately reflects contract requirements.

To supervise on site tests and keep records.

To carry out on site inspection, identify defects and report to the Superior/Consultant.

To monitor and record the progress of operations.

To compile on site records of activities, conditions & resources.

To compile project diaries if required.

To be familiar with project contract documents & Health & Safety legislation.

To issue site directions to the contractor in pursuit of compliance with contract requirements.

To assist the Quantity Surveyor in recording of measurements.

To attend and contribute to site meetings if required.

To prepare schedule of outstanding work/ schedules of defects.

To ensure that the project is completed to client’s standards, specifications and schedule in a safe manner.

 

 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Form 5 or Certificate in Civil & Structural/ Building Engineering / M&E or accredited equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related discipline is required.

Applicants must have good personality, self initiative.

Applicants must be able to work independently and good team player.
