Our client is a strong local bank seeking talented and qualified candidates to fill in the role as a Soft Skills Trainer.
· Create/Develop and conduct training program in the areas of soft skill.
· Keep training-related contents and processes current and relevant.
· Conduct training evaluation and review post-training results/feedback periodically to track training progress.
· Plan or assist in the planning of future training requirements for retail banking
· Onward coaching to ensure implementation and up skilling.
· A recognised degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or in any other related discipline
· For the trainer position, at least two years of working experience in service/ financial services or any relevant industry; Excellent command of English (oral and written)
· Experience in conducting training and presentations
· A team player
· Able to travel extensively
